When I donated to Locks of Love, they were unbelievably rude to me. They didn't even send me a letter or postcard letting me know they received my hair. In fact when I e-mailed to see if they'd received my hair, they were terse and seemed bothered that I would dare ask for a confirmation. If I had known how much they charged for their wigs I never would have donated. Disgusting.
