I'm glad I found this post!! I got my IUD insterted in a week and a half ago. I've been having chest pain ever since. It's scary! I went to the ER last night to have it checked out (I have also had 2 open-heart surgeries in the past - valve replacement). While I was in the ER, my heart rate got down to 45 bpm (Not normal for me). But I had no bad symptoms due to that. The doctors told me that everything was perfectly fine and that there was nothing wrong. They said I had anxiety. I might get it removed.
