Whenever you miss one or two pills, you increase your chances of being pregnant. I'm assuming that Friday would have been day 8 in your cycle, that you started taking the pill on day 10 and had sex on day 12. If ovulation happened, that day is actually quite a bit in your fertility window. Are you still within 72 hours of having unprotected sex? If so, you can take Plan B., which helps prevent an unintended pregnancy. You can buy it without a prescription at your pharmacy. But if you are past that 72-hour window, all you can do is wait until the end of this month's cycle to find out if you are pregnant or not. I know that's not ideal, especially since you've taken the pill regularly for 3 years. Most likely you did not ovulate and are not pregnant, but there is a chance.
