You will have to provide more information, as I am not sure what "making out" refers to. If you mean kissing, holding hands, touching without sperm coming into contact with your vagina...no, you can not be pregnant.

I am curious if you have any type of sex education in your school, as it is concerning that young women would worry about getting pregnant from using a bathroom? Can you explain this?

Two months ago, you had spotting or a little bleeding, but no period? A little bleeding could be considered a period that was just light; women have cycles that are irregular, shorter, heavier at times. If you are sure you only experienced spotting and no period 2 months ago, have you had a period since this time?

The way that women become pregnant is from penis-to-vagina sexual intercourse that is unprotected (not using a condom or birth control).

If you have had unprotected sex, then yes, there is a chance that you could be pregnant. How many days late is your period?
