When were you expecting your period? (How "late" are you?) If your period started on July 4th, and today is August 2nd, then this is "day 30" of your cycle. This is still within the normal range of a typical cycle, and since you have irregular periods, this is not unusual.
If you are worried, you can take a home pregnancy test (do you have access to one?).
Great for you, for using protection during intercourse. Condoms are 85-98% effective at preventing unwanted pregnancy when used correctly and consistently every time you have sex. Especially since you combined methods (your partner did not ejaculate inside of you, this is also known as the "withdrawal method" and is another way to help prevent pregnancy when used in combination with a condom or the pill).
If you do not want to take a pregnancy test, you can wait a few more days until your period comes. Since you used the withdrawal method plus a condom, your chances are very slight that you would be pregnant.
