Hi - I am dealing with the same thing. I don't really have the "crusty" stuff at the base of my lashes but I do have most of the other symptoms. I can't believe how saggy my upper eyelids are. I, too, feel like I don't want to leave the house. It's like my eyes have aged 15 years in just a few days.
I plan to make a doctor appointment but I'm wondering if I should see my Opthamologist or a dermatologist (I would have to travel a few hours away to see a dermatologist.
