That bleeding was a result of the emergency contraception. It is very common. Basically what the morning-after or Plan B pills do is to give your body an extra shot of hormones and make your uterus shed its lining (which would keep any fertilized egg from implanting). Those hormones can also be responsible for the breast tenderness, etc.
Your next period -- or two -- may be irregular. That's common, too. It may be that your next period comes a month after this withdrawal bleed. So don't fret if a month goes by before you start again.
