Anon, welcome to EmpowHer! And thanks for your question. I'm so glad you found us, but I'm sorry you're dealing with such a big problem.

Did a dentist tell you that you need to have your teeth removed due to bone loss? Is that a dentist that you've been going to for a long time? Do you trust her or him?

You said "whenever my teeth bother me" -- what exactly does that mean? Do you get pain in specific teeth, or in your jawbone? Is it sharp pain or a dull pain?

And you said you get pains in your arm (just one arm?) and your chest. This worries me a lot, Anon. We shouldn't ever take chest pains lightly, especially when they are recurrent. Teeth CAN cause such problems, but other things do, too.

Have you noticed any pattern in how often this happens? Is it daily? Once every few days? Or just every so often?

Can you afford to go to a doctor or a minor-emergency clinic to have the pain checked out?

What city and state are you in, Anon? We may be able to help you find a low-cost dental clinic near you that wouldn't cost so much to get your teeth looked at.
