When was the last time you saw your eye doctor? While "floaters" are not necessarily serious, our opthamologist, or even a good optometrist, would be able to determine if there is something to cause concern.
Did your chiropractor take X-rays of your neck? If so, was there any sign of osteoarthritis from your car accident?
By any chance, has your primary physician ever suggested have an MRI done to scan your brain for any potential issues?
I'm not a medical professional, but my first gut reaction to your story is that you're still suffering effects of your accident. How long ago was it?
