StacyShearee,

We get this question A LOT here. Unfortunately, none of us can give you a number such as "you have a 25% chance of being pregnant" because every woman is different; we ovulate at different times. With that being said, any time you only take 10 pills out of your pack of birth control pills, then you may get pregnant that month.

Birth control pills are only effective if you take them exactly as prescribed. If you set your cell phone alarm or any other reminder at the same time every day, then you may be less likely to forget taking your pill. Remember that if you're going to have sex when you know you haven't been taking your pills, you should be using a backup method of birth control such as a condom.

Good Luck.
