I am curious if anyone has had results as well! I have severe allergies, and have tried "everything"..and unfortunately the only thing that has actually significantly decreased my allergies are immunotherapy (allergy shots) and prescription antihistamine.
Now that I have been using immunotherapy for a year, I am able to lessen the amount of allergy medications that I use...which is a great thing! Allergy shots are the closest thing I can recommend to "medication-free" (the injections use a purified form of the allergen, but with any injection, there are other active and inactive ingredients).
Has he tried a neti-pot? I just have not heard of many success stories with the natural-route in people with significant allergies, as it is the histamines in our bodies that need to be suppressed (they cause the awful symptoms)..and so far, this is best done by antihistamines. Again, am looking forward to anyone's recommendations!
