Do you have an appointment soon to see your doctor? Does she or he know that you've gone off your meds?
What have you been diagnosed with? Please don't give up on your meds. There are many options and some may work better for you if yours have stopped working. The best thing to do is to call and make an appointment with your doctor as soon as you can get one so you can get some help with your symptoms.
