Hi Anon - I'm so sorry you're in pain. If you read the earlier comments on this thread you'll find there are many others who've also experienced pain after a flu shot, and there are two additional threads on this site related to the same topic. There are many causes cited, and individuals have found different solutions. In many situations after people have experienced pain for a month or longer they have returned to the physician's office where they got the vaccine to seek support and relief.
So, what can you do? Reading the information provided by others may be helpful as well as returning to your physician. If the vaccine was not administered correctly there would likely be other patients who've reported the same symptoms. If the cause is something else there may be a need for a physical exam and some diagnostic tests to determine how to best provide relief.
