The truth is you cannot become pregnant by dry humping because you are wearing clothes and sperm cannot pass through fabric. The wetness you felt was your own vaginal lubrication.
I do not know why your period can earlier and flow is lighter than normal. It could simply be a variation of the norm, which is nothing to worry about. This happens to all women at some time in their reproductive years.
