There has to be a reason your friend has not had a period for two months. The menstrual cycle is regulated by hormones. Any factor that upsets the balance- pregnancy, excessive stress or a problem with production of any of the hormones- can cause a missed or late period. Only a physician can diagnose the cause in your friend's case, if she doesn't take a home pregnancy test.
In general, loss of virginity is defined by having sexual intercourse, anal, oral or vaginal. Genital to genital contact carries a risk for pregnancy, especially if the female is ovulating and the male ejaculates.
