Since this is causing you such concern, and your period is late by 8 days now, consider taking a home pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, test in the morning and use the first urine when you wake up.
Personally, I think stress is the reason you have not started your period.
Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If your partner had a prior but recent ejaculatio, some sperm may have remained in his urethra and been in any pre ejacualate fluid. But, if he urinated before your sexual activity, any stowaway sperm was flushed out.
I don't know what you feel is moving in or on your lower abdomen. But it is not a developing baby.
