If you did not insert your penis into her vagina, which is inside her body, I do not see how any friction would cause her to bleed. I do not see how rubbing your penis outside of her body would cause pain in her stomach.
If she is now feeling fine, there is no real need to see a doctor.
About your concern of sperm getting on her vulva or the outside of her pubic area, did you ejaculate or come?
