A guy and I dry humped in our underwear for a short period of time (less than a minute) before he told me he currently had an outbreak of genital warts (had them frozen off of the shaft of his penis the week before) and a previous girlfriend had a positive pap (meaning he had both strains - the kind that caused warts and the kind that caused abnormal paps). I was wearing a skimpy thong that didn't cover much and he was wearing boxers. It is possible that his boxers could have ridden up exposing his inner thighs, scrotum or penis to my inner thighs and the outside of my vagina. It is unlikely that the spot where the wart was touched me. Am I at high risk for getting either strain now? We stopped physical contact after he told me the situation. However, can't the virus live on other parts of his skin or on his boxers, which my inner thighs would have been exposed to? Is there anything I can do besides sit and wait to see if I end up with warts or a positive pap?
