I also have a clicking in my neck when I turn my head from left to right. Incidently, I had severe whiplash in September 2007, and have had a few epidurals to treat the pain which has subsided on the left side, but pain persists to this day on the right. Wonder if the comment about strong and weak muscles could on target?
