I recently missed 1 pill (accidentally taking a placebo pill in its place) later in the first week of my pack. I only noticed the week after I had made a huge mistake and took both pills (for that day and the missed day). Within the week, I took all the other combination pills as usual and haven't missed any since. Currently on my placebo days and don't have cramping or signs of getting my period as usual...could I get it late because I missed a 24-hour timeframe and took my next pill 48 hours after the previous one?
