I missed a pill in my third week. I forgot to take my Tuesday night pill and only realized when I went to grab my wednesday pill. So I took two pills at the same time since I didn't remember any earlier. Am I safe? Do I just continue to take my pills normally and take my seven day break (placebo pills)
