Implantation bleeding is spotting that sometimes happens six to 12 days following conception. It lasts about 2 to 3 days and never increases to a flow.
This could be bleeding caused by missing one pill. Continue to take your pills. If you have bleeding during the placebo week, you did not become pregnant.
