Low progesterone levels will cause spotting before periods/ irregular periods and ultimately, miscarriages. Do yourselves a favor and go get some red raspberry tea leaf capsules. It comes in a tea form as well (called "pregnancy tea") but tastes horrible, so capsules are better. You may have to have your pharmacy order it for you, or you can find it on the internet. I read about it on a forum after my 2nd miscarriage and did some research. I noticed that each time i miscarried, I had weird brown spotting for a few days before my actual period, which was unusual for me. Apparently, tons of women swear by it. It strengthens the lining of the uterus and regulates your period/progesterone levels. After only a few weeks of taking it, my pre-menstrual spotting went from 4 days to 1 day, and a few weeks later, i was pregnant. I now have a one year old son. Pissed that the doctors didnt even mention this to me, and they really didnt care at all.. in fact, they wouldn't begin running tests until 3 consecutive miscarriages. I wasnt waiting for them!! It's all natural, cant hurt you or baby, so it's def worth a try!!!
