Pregnancy would be likely if you had unprotected intercourse since your last period in April. If so, then take a home pregnancy test. Test in the morning and use the first urine when you wake up.
If you have not had unprotected intercourse, consult your physician to find out why your period is late and why you are having headaches, back pain and feeling uncomfortable when bending or leaning forward.
