Has your wife taken her tempoerature during these episodes? Is it a normal temperature (around 36.8°C or 98.6°F)?
How long has this been going on?
And by saying that she feels this way "in a place which leads to sofacation" are you meaning that she feels hot inside her chest? That she feels that she may suffocate, or not be able to breathe?
Does this happen often? Or does it only happen, say, after some exercise or exertion? Or at a particular time of day?
Has she ever had her thyroid checked?
How old is she?
