9 days late, negative pregnancy test. normally very regular

i am 9 days late, took a pregnancy test but it's negative. Had a little bleeding this morning but it stopped. My problem is that i am due to go for CT scan in two days due to a chest issue that i have. Is there any possibility that i could be pregnant? What if i am preg and i have the CT. Will it damage the baby? Very worried! please help.

ps. i am normally very regular, i am not on the pill and sexually active.
