Take your pack as you normally would. You missed at least 3 pills to take them all at once. Since you doubled up already, just take the rest of the pack one at a time and don't forget to take them daily. Your chances of getting pregnant during your placebo pills is not high-- but of course, always possible. I wouldn't worry about it too much but do keep your next pack handy a week in advance so that you know you have it.
