Yes---the research says that a watery discharge is normal for 2-3 weeks following the procedure; I've provided more information below.

According to the Her Option site itself, "You may also experience a watery discharge for up to three weeks following the treatment as the tissue heals. This is normal."

According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) patient education online brochure regarding Endometrial Ablation:

"After the Procedure
Some minor side effects are common after endometrial ablation:
* Cramping, like menstrual cramps, for 1–2 days
* Thin, watery discharge mixed with blood, which can last a few weeks. The discharge may be heavy for 2–3 days after the procedure.
* Frequent urination for 24 hours
* Nausea

Ask your doctor about when you can exercise, have sex, or use tampons. In most cases, you can expect to go back to work or to your normal activities within a day or two. Your doctor will arrange follow-up visits to check your progress. It may take several months before you experience the full effects of ablation."

You may also be interested in reading other women's experiences at EmpowHer with the "after-procedure effects" of endometrial ablation (most of them are related to the specific Her Option cryoablation), and many of the women do mention a watery discharge that lasts for several weeks afterwards:

Does this information help? When do you go back to your doctor for your next follow-up? Are you having any other symptoms or "procedure side effects"? If the watery discharge continues past the 3-week mark, you may want to make a quick call to your doctor's office to inquire; it may be normal, but you can let them know your research has said the watery discharge is normal for 2-3 weeks.
