Is a quick call to your doctor's office possible? You are still within the "3 weeks of watery discharge" being normal, but if you would describe the discharge as being "heavy", this is more a description of the first few days after the procedure. Maybe a quick check-in with your doctor would be appropriate.
The heavy discharge, coupled with your response that you are "always tired", may be a combined reason to call your doctor, just at least so s/he can chart it for future reference.
If you do call, be sure to explain in more detail what "tired" means, as you could be anemic, stressed...or anything in-between.
- Are you physically tired, and what does "always" mean?
- Or, are you more of a sleepy-tired, even after having a good night's sleep?
- Or, are you more of a emotionally-drained tired, perhaps from stress and worry that anything physically wrong?
