I had a mandatory flu shot towards the end of September. I also had the severe lower back pain, numbness and tingling in legs. This pain went on for at least 5 days. I called my doctor and got some pain medicine and muscle relaxers. This really helped. I suggest to do it sooner than later. The fact that I was laying in my back for an extended period of time only made the symptoms worse.
