The sores are there all the time and does only occur under my left breast. I would say that I am semi heavy breasted; 36C. I don't think I am a heavy sweater, however I do work out. These sores are always there whether I am cold, hot, working out, not wearing or wearing a bra. I have not seen a doctor about this as I have thought this was somewhat normal.
