I found out I had a floating kidney after my 1st pregnancy. I have had 2 children since with no complications. The pain completely disappeared and had no effect on the labour. This is because the kidney was pushed back up into its original position as the baby grew. Only thing is to make sure that all health carers that are involved in your pregnancy are aware because in the event of a c-section being needed, they need to know because your ureter may be lying anteriorly instead of the normal posterior position. The last thing you want is to have your ureter cut during surgery.
Hope that eases your worries a bit.
