Thanks for keeping us updated...I am so sorry you had more problems, and had to have surgery! It sounds very scary, but I'm glad you are in good hands with lots of doctors, nurses and your parents by your side.
Yes, you can still get pregnant with just one ovary, and many, many women do! Please feel free to ask your doctor about your fertility, and specifically how much of your uterus was removed (can s/he draw a picture, or explain it?), as this may effect your fertility more than a removal of your ovary. It is a very common concern, and a valid one to ask: has your fertility diminished with the procedures you had, and how would you know?
