thanks again the cramping did go away feel better now i haven't yet started prenatal care due to where i go was closed down for a few days and there are no available appointments until january 20,2010 so i was just concerned about my pains... NO i dont believe i had ever heard about the book you referring me to may i know the name and where i may find it...thanks again
