Any body here ever heard of self control. Try eating healthy and exercising. Anybody that eats only 500 calories a day is going to loose a lot of weight. Use your brain and your muscles to become healthy. Skinny does not mean healthy, it just means skinny. Muscle and tone is beautiful, skinny and baggy is not so much.
