Well i had an ultrasound done last week and it came back "normal" my ovaries looks proportioned with no abseses or anything, liver, kidneys, spleen, all that looked good. still no period. Its going on 3 months now. I'm not stressed or pregnant, or gaining or loosing an excess amt of weight....i just dont know what could be wrong with me.
I have an appointment next tuesday the 9th, with a new gyno that my family physician refered me too, supposedly shes very experienced and will hopefully be able to help me figure out what is wrong with me.
i have a couple questions tho...
1:) Is it possible to get pregnant even tho u are not having a period?
-My boyfriend and I do not practice safe-sex because well we wouldnt mind having a baby and if god blesses me with a child i would be absolutely grateful, but is it even possible for me to get pregnant without having a period?
2:) Is is possible that i am infertile at the tender age of 19?
-My biggest fear is that i wouldnt be able to conceive naturally, My mother had a bit a of struggle getting pregnant with me, and i worry that i may have the same problem. I want children so badly that it kills me to think that i may not be able to experience being pregnant.
3:) Is there any way that doctors can missread an ultrasound?
-I had an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound last week and the results came back normal. I was wondering is it possible that they mis-read something? I mean i once had a doctor tell me i broke 2 of my fingers, when i had actually hurt my hand and the injury had nothing to do with my fingers....Could they have not seen a baby in there if it was too soon? Or could they have missed a cyst or something idk i was just curious i mean everyone makes mistakes were only human.
