Hi bbyboo2u I know exactly how your feeling right now. Im glad to know that I'm not alone in this. Ive been going through a similar situation. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a very long and dissapointing year. I haven't had my period for a total of 69 days. I took and 2 hpt's that both came out negative. With no signs of a period other than cramping and mood swings I went to my obgyn and asked her if she would perform a blood pregnancy test. She very bluntly told me that she doesnt think that im pregnant (kinda like a slap in the face) and without hesitation told me that she thinks that i may have polycystic ovarian syndrome. She is performing all kinds of blood tests and its driving me crazy not knowing whats wrong. So far all tests are coming back "normal". But it definately isnt normal to not have a monthly period. I have a scheduled pelvic ultrasound on march 9 2010 . but i think i want a second opinion. my husband and I are very eager to start our new family and patience is running low i dont know what to think or what to do.Waiting for results is making me nuts
