I am considering getting Botox for my bladder problems. Vesicare and Myrbetriq have not worked for me. I am really scared to try this. If anyone has any recent experiences with Botox I would love to hear about it--good or bad. I live in Canada and have Blue Cross coverage (and pay over $300 per month for this) but have been told this Botox procedure is not covered. I hear it can cost over $1000 and lasts anywhere from 6 months to 18 months. I do not have that kind of money . It seems like I may have to put up with this the rest of my life. I may not even be a candidate for this as I have suffered and still suffer from urinary tract infections. I see my urologist tomorrow.
