Another great sinus wash is from nasopure at nasopure.com. I use it now as well as my 5 year old son. I came across nasopure after my son's two sinus surgeries. His ENT recommened a neti pot, but they are a little difficult for young children. The already mixed sprays were to much pressure for him. Once we found nasopure we have not turned back and my son is able to do the wash himself with very little assistance. It is a soft flexible bottle that is very easy to clean.
