Love the dancing exercise! I do it all the time with my soon to be one year old while I'm cleaning. He is the only person in the world who truly appreciates mommy making a complete fool out of herself in the kitchen.

I also happen to do lots of squats while playing a modified version of hide and seek with him sitting on his high chair and me squatting behind it while popping up to the left, then right for about 10-15 minutes.

As far as cleaning the house goes, excellent "workout". Now if I could only figure out how to get it down to 33 minutes-- I'd be doing it a lot more often. :-)
