Hi Anon - When you say hippa do you mean the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, otherwise known as HIPAA? This law provides privacy and security rules that protect individual privacy. The HIPAA Privacy Rule provides federal protections for personal health information held by covered entities and gives patients multiple rights with respect to that information. At the same time, the Privacy Rule is balanced so that it permits the disclosure of personal health information needed for patient care and other important purposes.
Are you asking how you can get information about your daughter that her doctor has said is protected information covered by HIPAA? If so, here's a link to more information about the law that you may find helpful.

If that's not what you're asking, then we need more information from you in order to help you, just as Diane has said in her comments. Please let us hear from you. Pat
