It sounds like for what you are describing that yes, your doctor is concerned about the thickened uterine lining and whether he can or cannot determine whether there's anything there to worry about. However, with your other medical conditions, you are right to ask questions, get a second opinion and explore all the options available to you. Is there an option here to have just the D&C and then see how much that procedure helped before deciding on the cryoablation?
