Don't give up if you are not happy with your current weight. I'm 5 months pregnant and my inspiration is mainly my old photographs! I am 30lbs heavier now than I was when my self-esteem was at its all time high. Some of it is pregnancy weight, some of it was weight that I had gained before getting pregnant but I am determined to lose all of this weight, even if it ultimately ends up being 50lbs (keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that I've got tons of water weight like I did with my son).
Along with my old pictures (which sadly are not more than 3 years old) other things that motivate me are my older clothes, the cute dresses, size 4 jeans, and mini skirts. The beach-- I live in Miami, there is no way I can skip out on the beach in the summer. And lastly, my health. I can't tell you how much better I felt emotionally as well as physically when I was in good shape. When people tell you "start eating better, it will help you feel better" it's no cliche. It's very true.
I hope you can find this inner motivation to continue with your weight loss goal. If you can look through photos for an old pic of yourself, I highly recommend it.
