It is understandable that you want to shed baby weight; we associate so much with weight. However, it shouldn't be an upcoming vacation or desire to shed pounds inspiring you to exercise. Remember, all that talk from fitness people like Jillian Michaels is meant to sell you a product. Be focused on listening to your body, moving when it feels right and eating to satisfy hunger. Most of all, love that beautiful body that gave you a precious baby: listen to it, don't abuse it or silence it...
