Jessica,

Congratulations on the little bundle on the way!
I think it is normal to feel a sense of fear about miscarriages when you are pregnant, especially during your first trimester. Many women, including myself, will not even tell anyone they're pregnant until they're past that first trimester milestone and you are only a couple of weeks away from reaching it :-)

Have you been seen by your doctor to reassure you that everything is okay? Oftentimes hearing our babies heart beat can certainly put our minds to rest. It is important to realize that the majority of miscarriages occur on their own and have absolutely nothing to do with your eating habits, how you sleep, walk, talk, move, etc. Unless you are actively putting yourself at a risk for miscarriage-- there is nothing you can do to prevent or cause it so just try to live as normal as possible while remembering that there are certain things you shouldn't do (such as heavy lifting).

Try to relax. Once you get past the first trimester the chances of having a miscarriage significantly decrease. Enjoy your pregnancy, there is no need to cause stress on the baby when he or she is happily enjoying their cozy warm home for the next 9 months.
