Have you had unprotected sex since your last (suspected) period that began in January? Some women may miss a period or two, and that can be normal. However, if you've had unprotected sex and are not positive that you had a period in January, it is important to either take a home pregnancy test and/or call your doctor.
Anytime you have unprotected sex, there is a risk of pregnancy. Please take a test so that you can rule out a pregnancy (or, know if you are pregnant). You may have had a short period in January, missed your February period, then just have not had your March period yet.
The morning after pill can cause your period to be irregular for a cycle...so it really is not uncommon to have a shorter-than-usual period for a month.
