The bleeding and cramping are the result of taking Plan B, which you should never have taken. It was unnecessary and if anything, upset the normal balance of hormones that regulate your menstrual cycle.
Consequently, your next period may start on time, or earlier or later than normal. Flow might be lighter or heavier than normal. These are two changes in the menstrual cycle caused by an ECP.
The delay or early start is usually not more than five days. If you have further concerns, please speak with your gynecologist. You appear to have really gotten hit with the side effects.
