Hi, May,

Welcome to EmpowHer. Let's see if we can help you figure out what's going on.

In terms of the unprotected intercourse in December, that should not be an issue since you had a normal period in January unless you believe you may have gotten an STD?

May I ask why you had urinalysis in January? Was it due to symptoms of the Pyuria? As you know, phyria is simply a urinary tract infection. I am assuming that the doctor gave you antibiotics for this, is that correct? Did it clear up and did you finish your antibiotics?

If I did the dates correctly, you basically skipped a period and are now to the point where you are about to skip two. Often women will be late on their periods or skip one for no apparent reason. But by the time you skip two periods, you may want to see a doctor. Your hormonal levels may be off or low, or the doctor may put you on birth control pills to help regulate your period.

Are you usually regular or irregular?

And did I read it right, you work a night shift on the computer and sleep during the day? How long have you been doing this?

Has anything changed in your life in the last two months? A new medication (or stopping a medication), a new source of stress, a big change in your diet or exercise pattern?

Have you had any abdominal pain or cramping?

Can you get back to us and answer some of these questions? It will help us know what to research for you.
