From my research HS boils are caused by a hormonal imbalance. I have cured my outbreaks by drinking home brew kombucha. they completely melted away when i started to drink this healing ancient kombucha drink. I got my supplies from (link removed by EmpowHER Moderator.) i still get some around ovulation but it is not as bad as they would be without kombucha. I also noticed that i will get more boils if i eat wheat or drink wine so anything that your body may be allergic too could be affecting the boils as well. I eat all organic no processed foods and use homeopathic treatments to cure and manage my boils. I do know my grandmother had them as well so i am thinking it could be hereditary. Store bought kombucha won't work it might for you but the potent stuff is the home brew kombucha. if you have any question please let me know. I hate to see so many suffering from this and doctors really don't have an answer to cure theses boils. anything they give you will only male your immune system worse with time.
