I don't know if this helps, but I was tested for my androgen levels for sex drive. Mine is the opposite, I have a high sex drive and facial hair, and the most important thing is that I don't have Polycystic Ovarian Disease. It is inherited that many women have. But what I learned from this is that the sex drive is not psychological but in the hormones. However, I have a high sex drive but cannot orgasm now or have penetration because of a deep LEEP conization that caused vulvodynia (pudendal nerve damage in neurobiological terms). So I go around with a high sex drive and not way to relieve it.
